Principle of Operation of the Steam Generator

The principle of the steam generator’s operation is based on the effect of hot steam on dirt and contaminants. Steam penetrates into the dirt, softening and dissolving it, after which the dirt particles can be removed with a cloth or brush. The high temperature of the steam significantly enhances the cleaning process. Insoluble contaminants (such as grease deposits) are removed in a similar manner: under the influence of high-temperature steam, they soften, and the steam, combined with mechanical action on the contaminant, turns it into an emulsion consisting of small particles of dirt and water. This emulsion can then be easily wiped away with a cloth. In addition, hot steam effectively eliminates pathogenic microorganisms, bacteria, dust mites, mold, and fungi, which can cause allergic reactions and asthma.

Steam Cleaner DF A001 Instruction Manual

During operation, the steam generator heats water in the tank to boiling temperature, converting it into steam, which then passes through the pipe and is delivered to the nozzle under pressure. The electronic circuit controls the water temperature in the tank, switching the heating on and off as necessary. The heating indicator on the appliance’s housing signals when the heating is active. This ensures a steady supply of steam.
