The EMS FOOT MASSAGER is a massage mat muscle stimulator for feet. The device affects the legs with short electrical impulses. It helps relieve muscle and joint pain, improves blood circulation, and reduces leg fatigue.
The EMS Foot Massager may be used preventively in the following cases:
- Pain after intense physical exertion;
- Leg fatigue after wearing high heels or long walks;
- Tingling or cold sensations in the feet;
- Tendency toward leg swelling;

Use of EMS Technology
Electromyostimulation (neuromuscular stimulation, EMS), also known as neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), is a method of rehabilitative treatment based on electrical stimulation of nerves and muscles. It is carried out by transmitting current with specific characteristics from the stimulator to the human body through electrodes.
Electrical impulses mimic the signal originating from the central nervous system, causing the muscles to contract.
EMS has been proven to be effective as an auxiliary tool for muscle strengthening.
Myostimulation is used for:
• Muscle strengthening;
• Rehabilitation of patients after injuries;
• Prevention of muscle atrophy during physical inactivity;
• Improving blood circulation;
• Muscle relaxation;
• Muscle toning.

1. Low-frequency muscle stimulation is carried out with a specific rhythm and mild electrical impulses. The strength of low-frequency stimulation is similar to that of massage. The therapeutic effect resembles massage techniques such as pressing, pinching, kneading, tapping, and scraping.
2. Choice of 6 modes.
1) Simple operation with 6 selectable modes.
2) The massager will automatically shut down after 12 minutes if you forget to switch off the power.
3. Electro-stimulation is divided into 10 intensity levels.
For first-time use, select a low intensity. Then adjust the level to what is most comfortable for you.
Before Use
The intensity of electrical impulses increases with each press of the On/Inc button and decreases with each press of the Off/Dec button.
Select the impulse strength suitable for you from level 1 to 10.
Press the Program button to switch between 6 operating modes.

Usage
1. Slide the battery compartment cover on the controller.
2. Insert two AAA batteries, observing polarity.
3. Connect the controller to the foot mat.
4. Stand barefoot on the foot mat.
5. Press the On/Inc button to power on the device.
6. Press the Program button to change the operating mode of the massager.
7. Press the On/Inc or Off/Dec buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of the electrical impulses.
8. Enjoy using the EMS Foot Massager.
9. If insufficient stimulation is felt during operation, moving the feet up or down by 1–2 cm may help. Turn off the power before changing foot position.

If discomfort or allergic reactions to silicone occur due to improper use, stop using immediately.

Mild redness and itching of the skin after use is normal.
Precautions
This device should not be used to mask or eliminate undiagnosed pain. Before attempting to relieve any painful symptoms, consult a physician. For safe and correct use of the microcurrent foot massager, it is recommended to read the user manual before use.

• Use low intensity and shorter duration to prepare muscles for activity and to avoid overstimulation and discomfort.
The stimulator is not waterproof or moisture resistant. Do not immerse it in water and do not wash it with water.
• Do not use the product in the presence of ligament sprains or wounds on the feet, soles, ankles, Achilles tendon, or calves.
Other Important Precautions
• Use this device only for physiotherapy purposes.
• Use only original accessories.
• Do not use this device in areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms.
• If the device malfunctions, disconnect it from the power supply and contact customer support. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, as this will void the seller’s warranty obligations.
• Do not place your feet on the dividing line during use.
• Elderly individuals and persons unable to care for themselves require supervision while using the device.
• Do not use metallic materials such as belts, pendants, or bracelets that may come into contact with the mat during use.
• If discomfort occurs during operation, stop using immediately.
• Wipe the soles of your feet with a damp cloth or paper towel before use, and ensure there are no injuries on the feet.
Excessive use of the EMS Foot Massager may cause burns; in such cases, discontinue use.
The following persons must never use the foot massager:
• People using a pacemaker, implanted cardiac defibrillator (AICD), or other implanted medical electronic devices.
• Pregnant women.
• People using artificial heart-lung machines or other life-supporting medical electronic devices.
• People with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), to avoid dislodging a clot.
• People using ECG scanners or other wearable medical electronic equipment.
• People with high blood pressure.
• People with heart disease.
Please do not use the stimulator on any part of the body other than the feet. Otherwise, this may cause skin or body problems, or accidents.
