Warning!

This product must be installed by qualified personnel in compliance with safety regulations for residential and commercial swing gate opening systems. Unqualified personnel may damage the equipment and pose a risk to people.

Power supply must be disconnected before installation or any maintenance work.

Read the manual carefully before installation. Incorrect installation or improper use may cause serious harm to users and property.

If the electrical cable is damaged or broken, it must be replaced with intact and properly insulated wires to avoid electric shock.

Prevent children from accessing wireless transmitters.

Do not allow children or other persons to stand in the path of actuators or gates during operation.

Do not use remote transmitters when the gates are out of sight.

Do not install the product in corrosive, flammable, and/or explosive environments.

Avoid installation on the outside of gates where unauthorized persons may have access to the actuator release mechanism.

1.2. Actuator Functions and Parameters

1. In case of power failure: Use the manual release key to disengage the actuator clutch and switch from closed to open position.
2. When the actuator is locked: The actuator stops.
3. (Optional) The gate controller can be connected to a solar system, signal lamp, photocells, battery, external wired control panel, and other access control devices.
4. Speed control: The opening and closing speed of the gate can be adjusted.
5. Soft start: The actuator is equipped with a soft start function.
6. Automatic closing: The gate control system is equipped with an automatic closing function with an adjustable time delay before closing.
7. Single or double gates: You can choose to open one or both gate leaves.

1. Drilling Holes and Installing Anchor Bolts (Fig. 5, right)

1.1 Drill 4 holes with a diameter of 8 mm, positioning the bracket in the required location.
1.2 Insert the supplied anchors and tighten the bracket correctly (do not overtighten, as this may pull the bolt out of the concrete or brick).
1.3 Install the engine connection bracket and secure it with the supplied bolts.

2. Fixing to an Embedded Plate by Welding (Fig. 5, middle)

2.1 Position the rear fixed bracket on the embedded plate at the planned location according to the instructions.
2.2 Weld the mounting bracket to the embedded plate.
2.3 Install the engine connection bracket and secure it with the supplied bolts.

3. Pre-Fabricated U-Bolts (Fig. 5, left)

3.1 Position the 4 slotted holes of the post bracket over the ends of the U-bolts.
3.2 Prepare the appropriate fastening components.
3.3 Install the actuator bracket and tighten the fastening nuts.

1.7. Installing the Fixed End of the Actuator on the Gate Post

Ensure the actuator is positioned with the release key facing upward.

Explanation

1. After inserting the locking pin and washer between the fixed end of the actuator and the gate post bracket, ensure that the power is disconnected.
2. Insert the manual release key.
3. Turn the key clockwise to disengage the actuator clutch and switch it to manual mode.

1.9 Installing Extended or Retracted Actuator End Arms to the Gate:

1. Drill 2 holes with a diameter of 10.2 mm, spaced 68 mm apart.
2. Position the gate bracket with 2 slotted holes over the drilled holes.
3. Place the actuator end bracket into the gate bracket using appropriate bolts, and tighten them accordingly (note: bolts for attaching the front bracket to the gate are not provided, as the thickness of each gate leaf varies).
4. Insert the locking pin and retaining washers.

1.10 Bracket Height:

The front bracket must be installed 43 mm lower than the rear bracket.

How to Adjust the Limit Plate Position to Change the Angle:

First, use the actuator release key as shown below:

Second, you will see a screw in position A, as shown in the photo below:

Third, use the key to slightly loosen the fixing screws “A” and move it to the required position. Finally, do not forget to tighten the screw firmly again after adjusting the position of the stopper.

2.2 Remote Control

Button “1” is pressed to operate single gates, button “2” is pressed to operate double gates, button “3” is pressed to activate the alarm.

2.2.1 Programming remote controls: press and hold the “LEARN” button on the control board for 1 second, the LED indicator will turn off indicating programming has started. Press any button on the new remote control for about 2 seconds, after which the digital display will show the remote’s number, the indicator will flash 4 times, and a single beep will sound, confirming successful programming.

2.2.2 Deleting remotes: press and hold the “LEARN” button for 5 seconds. A single indicator light and beep confirm successful deletion of remotes.

(!) Note: If after pressing the “LEARN” button no remote button is pressed within 5 seconds, the indicator will light up and the programming process will end.

2.3 Control Board Configuration

After powering on, the digital display performs self-diagnostics and a beep sounds. If the indicator lights up and the buzzer stops, the system is functioning normally.

2.3.1 Basic Operation Method:

Press and hold the “FUN” button until “PO” appears on the digital display. You are now in the setup menu. You can press “INC+” and “DEC–” to increase or decrease the menu number or numerical value. Once the value is correctly adjusted, press “FUN” to save. A single beep confirms successful saving. After saving, the digital display will show the menu number that was just set.

To move to the next menu setting, press “INC+” or “DEC–” to select, then confirm with “FUN” to enter that menu number. For example, after saving “PO” and pressing “FUN” to confirm, the display will still show “PO”. If you want to move to setting “P1”, press “INC+” once, the display will show “P1”, then press “FUN” to enter “P1” settings.

If you do not need to enter another menu setting, press the “LEARN” button to exit the menu.

2.3.2 Soft Start Time Setting

When the digital display shows “PO”, the controller is in soft start mode.
The soft start time can be adjusted from 0 to 6 seconds. 0 seconds means soft start is disabled; the maximum soft start time is 6 seconds. Each press of the “INC+” button increases the value by 1; each press of the “DEC-” button decreases it by 1. Press the “FUN” button to save the selected soft start time. (Factory default: 2 seconds).

2.3.3 Brake Force Setting

a) When the digital display shows “P1”, the controller is in brake force setup for Motor #1 at low speed. Adjustment range: 0–20. Each press of “INC+” increases by 1; each press of “DEC-” decreases by 1. Press “FUN” to save the selected brake force level and finish adjustment. (Factory default: level 6).

b) When the digital display shows “P2”, the controller is in brake force setup for Motor #1 at high speed. Adjustment range: 0–20. Same procedure applies. (Factory default: level 10).

c) When the digital display shows “P3”, the controller is in brake force setup for Motor #2 at low speed. Adjustment range: 0–20. Same procedure applies. (Factory default: level 6).

d) When the digital display shows “P4”, the controller is in brake force setup for Motor #2 at high speed. Adjustment range: 0–20. Same procedure applies. (Factory default: level 10).

2.3.4 High-Speed Operation Time Setting

When the digital display shows “P5”, the controller is in high-speed operation time setting. Adjustment range: 0–33 seconds. 0 means no high-speed operation and the actuator will run only at low speed. The maximum high-speed operation time is 33 seconds. Each press of “INC+” increases by 1; each press of “DEC-” decreases by 1. Press “FUN” to save the selected high-speed time and finish adjustment. (Factory default: 5 seconds).

2.3.5 Setting the Auto-Close Time after “Swipe Card” Input Activation

When the digital display shows “P6”, the controller is in the auto-close time setup mode.

(!) Note: “Auto-close time” applies only to the automatic closing function triggered by an external device connected to input #4 “Swipe Card” on the control board (Fig. 11).

Adjustment range: 0–99 s. 0 means the controller will not automatically close the gate after activation of the “Swipe Card” input. The maximum auto-close time after “Swipe Card” activation is 99 seconds. Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the selected auto-close interval. (Factory default: 10 seconds).

2.3.6 Setting the Delay Interval for Actuator Start

a) When the digital display shows “P7”, the controller is in opening delay interval setup. Adjustment range: 0–10 s. “0” means both gate leaves open simultaneously. “1” means Motor #1 starts 1 second before Motor #2. Maximum opening delay interval is 10 seconds. Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the chosen opening delay. (Factory default: 0 s).

b) When the digital display shows “P8”, the controller is in closing delay interval setup. Adjustment range: 0–10 s. “0” means both gate leaves close simultaneously. “1” means Motor #2 starts 1 second before Motor #1. Maximum closing delay interval is 10 seconds. Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the chosen closing delay. (Factory default: 0 s).

2.3.7 Setting the Auto-Close Time

When the digital display shows “P9”, the controller is in auto-close time setup. Adjustment range: 0–99 s. 0 means the controller will not automatically close the gate. The maximum auto-close interval is 99 seconds. Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the chosen auto-close interval. (Factory default: 10 seconds).

2.3.8 Setting the Signal Lamp/Siren Output Control

When the digital display shows “PA”, the controller is in the signal lamp/siren output setup mode. Adjustment range: 0–3.
“0” – The buzzer operates in monostable mode, and the lamp turns on at the beginning of the maneuver and turns off 30 seconds after the gate fully closes.
“1” – The buzzer operates in monostable mode, and the lamp turns on only during gate opening and closing maneuvers; it remains off between maneuvers.
“2” – The siren operates in bistable mode, and the lamp turns on at the beginning of the maneuver and turns off 30 seconds after the gate fully closes.
“3” – The buzzer operates in bistable mode, and the lamp turns on only during gate opening and closing maneuvers; it remains off between maneuvers.
Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the chosen Lamp/Siren output function. (Factory default: 0).

2.3.9 Lock Time Setting

When the digital display shows “Pb”, the controller is in lock time setup mode. Adjustment range: 0–2.
“0” – lock control time is 1 second.
“1” – lock control time is 1.5 seconds.
“2” – lock control time is 2 seconds.
Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the lock time setting. (Factory default: 0).

2.3.10 Selecting Remote Control for Single or Double Gate Opening

When the digital display shows “PK”, the controller is in single/double leaf remote control selection mode. Adjustment range: 0–3.
“0” – the gate cannot be opened by remote control.
“1” – only one leaf can be opened.
“2” – both leaves can be opened.
“3” – either one leaf or both leaves can be opened.
Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the single/double leaf mode. (Factory default: 3).

2.3.11 Photocell Operating Mode Selection

When the digital display shows “Pd”, you can select the photocell operating mode “NO” or “NC”. Adjustment range: 00–01.
“00” – operates in “NO” mode.
“01” – operates in “NC” mode.
Each press of [INC+] increases the value by 1; each press of [DEC-] decreases it by 1. Press [FUN] to save the photocell operating mode. (Factory default: 00).

2.3.12 Selecting Operation with One or Two Actuators

When the digital display shows “PE”, the controller is in single/double actuator mode. Adjustment range: 0–1.
Select “1” for single actuator operation.
Select “0” for double actuator operation. (Factory default: 0).

2.3.13 Restoring Factory Settings

When the digital display shows “Pî”, the controller is in reset mode. Press [FUN] to restore factory settings successfully.
