Wireless Bluetooth Olmio TWE-01 headphones allow to listen to music and answer calls while driving, walking, or exercising.

This guide describes synchronization methods for Olmio TWE-01 Bluetooth headphones during initial pairing and in cases where only one earbud works (desynchronization), when they cannot be resynchronized and do not function together.

Initial Bluetooth pairing

1. Turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone.

2. Place both earbuds in the charging case.

3. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and press and hold the buttons on both the left and right earbuds simultaneously. They will turn on, and the indicators will flash, signaling synchronization between them. The earbuds are now paired.

4. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. In the list of available devices, "twe 01" will appear. Pair with this device.

5. Both earbuds will now work together.

When only one earbud works

Sometimes the Olmio TWE earbuds become desynchronized. Only one earbud works, and when connecting the second to the smartphone, the first disconnects. The smartphone detects the left and right earbuds as two separate devices. Or in the Bluetooth device list, the earbuds may have different names (renamed automatically), for example, TWE-1_R and TWE-1_L. In this case, follow these instructions:

1. Remove these earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. If they are listed separately as TWE R and TWE L, remove both.

2. Turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone.

3. Place both earbuds into the charging case.

4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. If they turn on immediately, turn them off by holding the buttons until the indicators go off.

5. Turn on the earbuds by holding the buttons on both simultaneously for 1.5 minutes. The indicators should light red and then turn off.

6. Place the earbuds back into the charging case.

7. Remove the right earbud first, then after 5–10 seconds, remove the left. One earbud should connect to the other. One indicator will turn off, while the other will continue flashing.

8. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. In the device list, the right earbud TWE R or simply TWE will appear. Pair with this device.

9. Both Olmio TWE earbuds now work as a single device.
