How to disable automatic water sprayingx
After starting the automatic mode, press the AU
button on the remote control. Spraying will be disabled, and the cleaning will be dry.
Can the robot be used to clean plastic panels and textured tilesx
The robot is mainly designed for smooth glass and ceramic surfaces. Use on PVC panels and tiles with pronounced relief may be ineffective. It works well on tiles without decorative elements, but with decor, difficulties may occur.
What is the diameter of the cleaning ringsx
Inner diameter — 9.5 cm, outer diameter — 14 cm.
How long does one water refill lastx
The tank capacity is about 50 ml (it is recommended to fill no more than 40 ml). This is enough for 2–3 medium-sized windows.
Why do microfiber cloths leave lintx Should they be washed before first usex
Yes, the cloths should be washed before first use. This will remove residual lint left after manufacturing.
Why does the robot leave lint and streaksx
Possible reasons include dirty cloths, use of non-original cloths, or incorrect cleaning sequence. We recommend performing dry cleaning first, then wet cleaning, using different cloths for each stage.
Why doesn’t the robot move upward and skips sectionsx
There may be specific surface characteristics or device malfunction. Contact support using the information provided in the warranty card.
Can the robot be used for cleaning wooden facadesx
Use on wooden surfaces is not recommended. The surface may be damaged, and cleaning efficiency will be low.
What is the service life of the robotx
The warranty period is 1 year. Service life depends on operating conditions and averages from 1 to 3 years. Our model with premium components is designed for a service life of about 5 years.
What is the suction power of the robotx
Nominal suction power is 2800–3200 Pa, with a peak of up to 4800–5000 Pa. This ensures reliable adhesion even to frameless surfaces.
Do I need to add water for dry cleaningx
No, water is not required for dry cleaning. Remember to disable automatic spraying by pressing the “AU” button after starting.
Is the robot suitable for standard double-glazed windowsx
Yes, the device is suitable for double-glazed units with a thickness of 5 mm or more.
Why doesn’t the robot turn on without being plugged inx
The robot operates from a constant power supply. The battery is intended only for emergency adherence to the surface in case of power outage (up to 20 minutes).
How does the robot clean cornersx
The device cleans near corners, leaving an uncleaned section of about 1 cm due to wheel design.
What is the height of the devicex
The thickness of the device is 68 mm.
How long can the robot operate on battery powerx
The battery is designed to work for up to 20 minutes in emergency mode. The main power source is the electrical network.
Can it clean windows in wooden framesx
Yes, the robot is suitable for cleaning glass in wooden frames.

No, the device is equipped only with sound signals.
How to control the robot via smartphonex
Download the Smart Life app. Turn on the robot and connect it to the app. You can select cleaning modes and control the device from your smartphone.
How to disable automatic spraying during dry cleaningx
Press the “AU” button on the remote control once — spraying will be disabled.
What spraying types are provided and how long does it take to clean 1 m²x
The robot uses ultrasonic spraying. The average time to clean 1 m² is 2–3 minutes depending on the degree of contamination.
How durable is the wheel plasticx
The wheel plastic is highly durable. There have been no recorded cases of breakage during operation.
What are the operating modes of the robotx Can it be used on glass with a thickness of 4 mmx
The device supports three modes: automatic up-down, automatic zigzag, and manual. Use on glass thinner than 5 mm is not recommended.
Where is the water tank located and how to fill itx
The tank valve is located under the upper cleaning ring. To add water or cleaning solution, remove the upper ring and open the rubber valve.
Does it have two-sided sprayingx
Yes, the robot is equipped with dual-sided liquid spraying. Two nozzles are installed.
How to remove rings and clothsx Is there an instructionx
Please contact support via the details provided in the warranty card. Specialists will provide a detailed video on removing rings and cloths.
What size cloths are needed for replacementx
Replacement cloths should have a diameter of 14 cm.
Is a safety rope includedx
Yes, the safety rope is included. Additionally, the robot has a backup battery that activates during a power outage, keeping the device on the glass for up to 20 minutes.
How long does the robot operate on batteryx
The robot only operates when connected to mains power. The battery is used exclusively in emergencies (e.g., power outage) and can hold the device on glass for up to 20 minutes.
What is the minimum surface size suitable for the robotx
The minimum glass size for proper operation is 30x30 cm.
Can the robot be controlled from a phonex
Yes, the robot supports control via the Smart Life mobile application.
What is the warranty period for the robotx

Can the cloths be washed and howx

Can it clean horizontal surfaces such as tiles or countertopsx
Yes, the robot is suitable for cleaning horizontal surfaces: tiles, kitchen countertops, backsplashes, etc.
Is the robot suitable for sliding balcony windowsx
Yes, the device is suitable for such windows.
What type of motor is installed in the robotx
The device has a brushless motor — it is durable, efficient, and significantly quieter.
What to use instead of the recommended cleaning solution if unavailablex
You can use Display 17 solution. We also recommend the eco-friendly RobotClean solution.
Why doesn’t the robot work autonomously, only from the mainsx
The device operates only from the mains. The built-in battery is intended exclusively for emergencies and holds the device for up to 20 minutes during a power outage.
How many nozzles does the device have and from which sides does spraying occurx
The device has 2 nozzles, spraying occurs from both sides.
What sensors are used for edge detectionx
The robot is equipped with pressure monitoring sensors that determine surface boundaries.
Why can’t the robot be used on glass thinner than 5 mmx
Thin surfaces may be damaged by strong vacuum pressure. Use on glass less than 5 mm thick is not recommended.
Can the device be used for cleaning a suspended ceilingx
Not recommended. Suspended ceilings may not be rigid enough for reliable device adhesion.
Can only filtered water be usedx
It is recommended to use filtered, distilled, bottled, or boiled water. Recommended solutions RobotClean or Display 17 may also be used. Using these solutions preserves the warranty.
Will cloths from other robots, such as Dbot, fitx
The main requirement is the diameter. Cloths must fit rings with a 14 cm diameter.
How to return the robot under warrantyx
The set includes a warranty card with contact information. In case of malfunction or defect, contact support — the issue will be resolved promptly: either repair or replacement with a new unit.
Can the robot be used on frameless windowsx
Yes, the device is equipped with an updated edge sensor and is suitable for frameless surfaces. For the first use, it is recommended to monitor operation manually.
Why does the manual say the robot works only on framed windowsx
The manual has not been updated. In the new version of the device, an improved sensor allows the robot to work reliably on frameless surfaces.
Why does the robot leave lint or marks on glassx
The causes may be dirty cloths (dust, sand) or use of non-original cloths. We recommend cleaning surfaces in two stages: first dry cleaning, then wet cleaning, changing cloths at each stage.
What functions does the robot case havex
The case provides the following functions: protection during transportation, convenient storage of accessories, easy carrying, and aesthetic appearance. This makes using the robot more comfortable and safer.
Where to insert the “tail” and why doesn’t the robot work without the cordx
The robot operates only when connected to mains power. The built-in battery is intended only for emergency adherence to the surface in case of power outage (up to 20 minutes). The “tail” is the power cable and must be connected to the mains.
