Solution for Non-Responsive Aula F75 Keyboard After Connecting to Software

If after connecting the Aula F75 keyboard to the software it stops working (does not respond to mode switching, no backlight, or other signs of activity), follow these steps for diagnostics and troubleshooting.

1. Check connection and device recognition:

- Make sure the keyboard is recognized by the computer. If the device does not appear in the system, you may need to contact a service center.
- Set the keyboard mode switch to the central position and connect it to the PC via cable.
- To verify if the keyboard is recognized by the system, press Win + R, type `control printers`, and press Enter. In the Devices and Printers window, look for a device named "Gaming KB". For confirmation, disconnect and reconnect the keyboard — its presence in the list should change if it is properly detected.

2. Complete keyboard firmware update:

- If the keyboard is recognized as a USB device, it is likely stuck during a firmware update.
- To finish the firmware update, open the Updater.exe file, located by default at: `C:\Program Files (x86)\AULA\F75\Dev\kb\1`.
- Wait until the program window displays the message "PASS", indicating that the update is complete.
- After this, disconnect the keyboard from the cable and switch it to Bluetooth or 2.4GHz mode. If backlighting and indicators appear, the device is working correctly.

3. Connecting to a new PC:

- Note that the issue may reoccur when connecting the keyboard to a new computer with the software installed.
- If you plan to use the keyboard on multiple devices (e.g., at home and at work), the first connection to a new PC must be done via cable with the mode switch set to the central position. This ensures the firmware update process completes correctly.
- Wait until the update is finished (the "PASS" message should appear in the Updater.exe window), and only then start using the main features of the keyboard software.

(!) Important: Do not disconnect the keyboard from the PC until the firmware update process is fully completed. After the update, you can close the updater program and continue using the device’s full functionality.
