9. Frequently Asked Questions

The camera cannot connect to Wi-Fi.

1. An incorrect password is the most common reason for connection failure. Please confirm the password is correct.
2. Ensure the connected Wi-Fi operates on 2.4 GHz. If you are using a dual-band 2.4–5 GHz router, select the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
3. The Wi-Fi name must not contain special characters and must not be hidden. Restrictions such as AP isolation or anti-hijacking features of the router should not be enabled.

“Device Disconnected” Notification

1. Restart the camera and ensure it can boot normally and connect to Wi-Fi.
2. Disable router features such as firewall, blacklist, Wi-Fi anti-hijacking, or MAC address binding to ensure support for remote preview, which requires the router to be connected to the internet.
3. If the router is replaced or the Wi-Fi password is changed, restart the camera and reconfigure the network.

10. Attention

• The camera only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Before configuring the network, ensure the Wi-Fi connected to the mobile phone operates on 2.4 GHz.
• When recording on a Micro SD card, once the maximum capacity is reached, the oldest event recording file will be automatically overwritten by new recordings.
• Prolonged use in unsuitable conditions (high temperature, high humidity, heavy dust, or smoke, etc.) may damage the camera.
• The V380 Pro app and device firmware are updated periodically. For the best experience, please keep both the app and firmware up to date.
