Product overview

Find Tag is an accessory compatible with the Find My network that helps you locate everything important to you. The Apple Find My network provides a simple and secure way to locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

Simply connect your Find Tag to the Apple Find My app to see it alongside your other Apple devices. If your item is ever lost, you can switch it to Lost Mode to display a message and contact information for whoever finds it.

The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous, so no one, including Apple or the device manufacturer, can see its location.

Find Tag uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology and a replaceable CR2032 battery, providing up to 6 months of autonomous operation. Setup is quick and easy. Make your life easier today.

Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until a long beep is heard. The device will enter pairing mode. All connection data will be erased. You must remove the accessory from the app and then add it again.

How to use the Find Tag Tracker

1. Update your device to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Turn on Bluetooth via Control Center or in Settings › Bluetooth.

Pull the battery tab to activate the device when ready for use.

2. Bring the device close to your smartphone and open the Find My app.

3. Tap "+", then tap "Add Other Item" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Firmware update

4. To get the best performance from your Find Tag Tracker, we strongly recommend updating the firmware whenever updates with the latest improvements and fixes are available:

a. Open the Find My app.
b. It is important to keep the Find My app open until the device update is complete.

Battery replacement

The Find Tag Tracker is equipped with a replaceable CR2032 battery with a service life of up to one year. When the battery runs out, it can be replaced in 3 steps.

1. Use your fingernails or insert a small tool into the small slot on the side and open the battery cover located on the back of the ATUVOS TAG.

2. Use a paperclip to remove the battery and replace it with a new one, placing the positive side of the battery facing up.

3. Close the battery cover, aligning the top notch on both sides.

• Find Tag contains a coin cell battery, which poses a risk if swallowed. Keep batteries out of reach of small children and pets.
• The battery must be removed from the Find Tag before disposal of the device.
• The battery must be disposed of safely.
• Using the wrong type of battery may cause injury or damage to the accessory.
