Portable Oral Irrigator H2OFloss HF-6 Instruction Manual

Thank you for purchasing the H2OFloss irrigator. This device helps maintain oral hygiene and reduces the risks of various diseases. The use of the irrigator is especially beneficial for the care of braces, crowns, dentures, implants, and other dental constructions. Due to their complex shapes, orthodontic appliances easily retain food debris, which is difficult to remove with a regular toothbrush or dental floss. Using the irrigator significantly reduces the risk of cavities, making the care of braces simple, fast, and much more effective.

Do not press the irrigator nozzle too hard against the teeth or gums, as this may cause damage.

Do not fill the water tank with water above 40 °C.

This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or by persons lacking experience and knowledge, unless supervised by someone responsible for their safety and given clear instructions.
Children should use the device under adult supervision. The minimum age for use is 7 years.

The manufacturer is not responsible for possible consequences caused by improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.

.

Device and Operating Principle

Cleaning is performed by a water jet delivered under pressure into the oral cavity, gently washing away debris from the interdental spaces. This method is minimally traumatic for the oral cavity while ensuring maximum effectiveness.

There are three operating modes: low, high, and pulse (1600 pulses per minute). Adjustable water pressure ensures comfortable use even with sensitive enamel and gum problems.

The cordless irrigator operates on a built-in rechargeable battery and charges via the included USB cable. One charge provides 3–4 hours of continuous operation.

The water tank capacity is 220 ml. The removable tank allows separate cleaning. Special rinsing solutions or balms may be added to address issues such as enamel sensitivity, bad breath, inflammation, or periodontal disease.

The waterproof housing allows use even in the shower. The rotating nozzle mechanism ensures access to hard-to-reach areas. Ergonomic design, compact size, and easy operation distinguish this model from others.

The irrigator is autonomous and battery-powered, making it indispensable for travel. Suitable for both children and adults.

Battery Charging

Connect the device to a USB port with a current output of at least 1 A using the supplied cable. The charging port is located at the front of the irrigator under a rubber cover.

Full charging takes 4–6 hours. Charging status can be monitored via the LED indicator on the device body.

Operating the Irrigator

General Recommendations for Using the Irrigator

• Brush your teeth before using the irrigator.
• Lean over the sink — during use, water should flow freely from the mouth.
• Start with the minimum pressure and gradually increase it.
• Use a gentler mode for gum massage and a stronger one for plaque removal.
• Move from the front teeth to the molars. First clean the front and back surfaces, then the interdental spaces and gum line.
• Hold the irrigator so that the water jet meets the surface at a right angle.
• After use, rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove flushed-out debris.
