General Information
The operating principle of the steam generator is based on the effect of hot steam on dirt. Steam penetrates the dirt, softening and dissolving it, after which the particles of dirt can be removed with a cloth or brush. The high temperature of the steam greatly facilitates the cleaning process. Non-water-soluble dirt (for example, grease deposits) is removed in a similar way: under the influence of the high temperature of the steam, it softens, and the steam, together with the mechanical action on the contamination, turns it into an emulsion consisting of small particles of dirt and water. This emulsion can then be easily removed with a cloth. In addition, hot steam effectively eliminates pathogenic microorganisms, bacteria, dust mites, mold, and fungi, which can cause allergic reactions and asthma.
During operation, water from the tank passes through a filter and is fed into the boiler by a pump (water pump) controlled by an electronic circuit. This allows precise dosing of the amount of water supplied to the boiler, ensuring a stable steam supply as well as smooth regulation.
If the extension handle and floor brush are disconnected, the steam generator turns into a handheld steam cleaner or garment steamer. It can be used to clean various surfaces and objects with steam: tiles and grout, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, ovens, stoves, microwave ovens, grease and limescale deposits. To enhance mechanical cleaning action, the set includes bristle brushes and a scraper.
To wash windows, mirrors, and ceramic tiles, attach the steaming nozzle with a glass scraper to the steam generator.
The steam generator can also be used as a handheld garment steamer. Unlike irons, which press fabrics and clothing placed horizontally, steamers are typically used to treat clothing and fabrics positioned vertically. No additional accessories, such as an ironing board, are required in this case.
In addition to steaming clothes, you can steam curtains and drapes (without necessarily removing them), upholstered furniture, mattresses, and beds. This will not only smooth out creases but also freshen items and disinfect them, as hot steam effectively kills dust mites and other microorganisms.
A steamer allows you to smooth items that are usually not ironed, such as voluminous dresses with complex structures, fur coats, and sheepskin coats, as it treats items with a powerful jet of hot steam. It can also be used to prepare items for the season if they have acquired a musty odor during storage — the steamer solves this problem without any washing. Moreover, steam effectively removes foreign odors from clothing. For example, if you have been in a smoky room and your clothes smell of tobacco, the steamer can quickly remove the odor and freshen them.

Floor cloth is secured to the floor brush using a drawstring. Place the cloth on the brush and tighten the string with the clip. When cleaning carpets, install the carpet frame over the floor brush with the attached cloth. The frame helps the floor brush glide over the carpet and prevents the edges of the cloth from curling up.
Jet nozzle can be used for cleaning corners, baseboards, gaps between tiles, and other hard-to-reach areas. The steam outlet of the jet nozzle is narrowed, creating a powerful jet of steam capable of dislodging dirt from crevices and recesses.
Nylon brushes and scraper are used for removing stubborn dirt when mechanical action is required.
Round brass brush is intended for removing particularly stubborn dirt. It is not recommended to use brass brushes for cleaning tiles, sinks, bathtubs, and toilets to avoid scratching them.
Angled nozzle is for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
Steaming nozzle is used for steaming clothes and cleaning upholstered furniture. It is recommended to place the steaming cloth over the nozzle: during steaming, the cloth will absorb condensate that would otherwise get on the fabric being steamed, and during upholstery cleaning, the cloth will absorb the dirt being removed.
Glass scraper is attached to the steaming nozzle and used for cleaning windows, mirrors, shower enclosures, tiles, and other surfaces.
Telescopic extension handle is used for floor cleaning as well as for reaching hard-to-access areas when using the mop as a steam cleaner.
Water measuring cup is used for convenient and safe filling of the water tank.
Nylon and brass brushes, angled nozzle, and scraper are attached to the jet nozzle. Avoid applying excessive force when using them to prevent damage to the jet nozzle tip.
.Preparation for Use and Operation
How to Fill with Water
Place the steam generator horizontally, open the water tank cap, and fill with water. Do not overfill the tank. Close the cap. If the water runs out during use, first turn off the steam generator and unplug it from the power supply, and only then refill the water tank.
Assembly and Disassembly
To connect the attachments to the steam generator, use the jet nozzle as an adapter. Place the attachment on the jet nozzle outlet and turn it clockwise to secure it.
(!) Note that attachments can be connected in one of two positions, for example, a brush can be positioned with the bristles facing up or down. To detach the attachment, turn it counterclockwise and remove it.
Avoid applying excessive force when using attachments to prevent damage to the jet nozzle tip.
Insert the extension handle into the hole at the top of the body until it clicks. Adjust its length by opening the clamp, extending the handle to the desired length, and closing the clamp. To detach the extension handle, press the handle release button and pull the handle out.
When attaching the jet nozzle and steaming nozzle, align the attachment with the slot on the wide end facing down and connect it to the steam generator until it stops. The floor brush is attached in the same way. To detach an attachment, press the nozzle release button and pull the attachment towards you.
Place the floor cloth onto the floor brush and tighten the drawstring with the clip. The carpet frame is placed on the floor brush over the cloth.
Using as a Steam Mop
Fill the water tank. Attach the floor brush and place the cloth on it.
Plug the steam generator into the power supply. Turn the steam control knob clockwise. The indicator light will turn on, and you will hear the pump operating. At this time, the boiler will begin heating. After approximately 30 seconds, heating will be complete, and steam will begin to be supplied.
Clean the floor with back-and-forth movements. Periodically remove and rinse the cloth.
After finishing work, turn the steam control knob counterclockwise to the stop position to switch off the steam generator, and unplug it from the power supply.
To use vertical parking, place the steam generator upright until it clicks. It will stand vertically without additional support.
To resume use, hold the floor brush with your foot and tilt the steam generator back; the latch in the floor brush will disengage from the lock, and the floor brush will be free to rotate.
Using as a Handheld Steam Cleaner
Detach the floor brush and extension handle. Attach the required nozzles. Plug the steam generator into the power supply. Turn the steam control knob clockwise. The indicator light will turn on, and you will hear the pump operating. At this time, the boiler will begin heating. After approximately 30 seconds, heating will be complete, and steam will begin to be supplied.
After finishing work, turn the steam control knob counterclockwise to the stop position to switch off the steam generator, and unplug it from the power supply.
.Usage Tips
General Tips
If the steam generator has been stored for a long time, there will be air in the pump and water supply tubes, and before steam is produced, some time will be required for the pump to fully expel it. The pump does not operate very efficiently when working on air, so in this case it usually takes 5–10 minutes, but in some rare cases it may take longer, up to 20–30 minutes.
When the water in the tank runs out, steam supply will stop, and the sound of the pump will become louder. In this case, add water to the tank, first disconnecting the appliance from the power supply.
Floor Cleaning
Before cleaning the floor, it is recommended to sweep or vacuum it to remove dust and dirt particles.
When cleaning the floor, move the steam generator in even back-and-forth motions, pushing it away from yourself and then pulling it back. Move backwards so as not to step on the freshly cleaned floor.
A microfiber cloth absorbs water when cleaning floors. However, depending on the type of floor surface and the selected steam output, some moisture may remain on the floor. In this case, it is recommended to let the floor dry naturally. Drying can be accelerated with a fan directed at the desired area.
To make the floor less damp after cleaning, reduce the steam output.
After cleaning, remove the cloth from the floor brush so that the floor beneath the steam generator does not become damp from the wet cloth.
It is recommended to use the frame when cleaning carpets to facilitate the gliding of the steam generator across the surface. The frame is placed on the floor brush over the cloth.
Surface Cleaning
The material being cleaned must withstand moisture and high temperature. Make sure of this before starting the cleaning process.
Some types of floors (for example, tiled floors) have grooves or cemented surfaces. For more thorough cleaning, we recommend using a round or flat nylon brush.
For cleaning gaps between ceramic tiles, use the jet nozzle. Bristle brushes are not recommended for this purpose, as they may remove the grout. Hold the jet nozzle at an angle of 30–60° close to the gap, turn on the steam supply, and slowly move it along the gap. After cleaning, remove the dirt from the surrounding surface with a cloth. Use the same method for cleaning joints between floor tiles and other narrow gaps and crevices.
The closer the steam outlet is to the contaminated spot, the better the cleaning effect, as the highest steam temperature is at the steam outlet. Therefore, when cleaning, try to position the steam outlets of the nozzles as close as possible to the surface being cleaned.
For disinfecting a surface, keep the steam outlet at a distance of no more than 1.5 cm from the surface and treat it with steam for at least 5 seconds. This treatment is most effective in killing germs and bacteria.
When cleaning with steam, wipe the treated surface with a cloth or sponge to remove loosened dirt. It is recommended to wipe the surface before it dries. Be careful when wiping metal surfaces, as they may be hot after steam treatment.
For removing stubborn dirt, the force of a single steam jet may not be sufficient; use bristle or brass brushes to enhance mechanical action. Do not apply excessive force when using brushes to avoid breaking the jet nozzle tip.
Do not use the brass brush on surfaces that may be damaged or scratched by it, such as ceramic tiles, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, other enameled surfaces, kitchen stoves, painted surfaces, wooden items, etc.
Heavy limescale deposits can be sprayed with vinegar before steam cleaning. Allow the vinegar to act for about 5 minutes, and then treat the surface with steam.
When cleaning clothes or upholstered furniture, put the steaming cloth on the steaming nozzle so that the dirt will be absorbed into the cloth rather than into the fabric or upholstery.
The steaming nozzle can also be used for removing old wallpaper from walls. Wallpaper glue will swell under the effect of steam, and the wallpaper will be easier to remove.
.Cleaning Windows and Mirrors
When using the rubber scraper, first thoroughly clean the entire surface of the window or mirror with steam, then turn off the steam supply. After that, press the rubber scraper to the top of the window or mirror and gradually move it downward. Move from one side of the surface to the other to clean the entire window or mirror. Place a cloth or towel at the bottom of the frame or mirror stand to collect the water removed by the scraper.
At sub-zero outdoor temperatures (in winter), warm the window glass before cleaning it so that it does not crack from a sudden temperature change. After warming, you can easily treat the entire surface with steam.
Steaming Clothes and Fabrics
To steam clothing, hang it on a wooden, plastic, or stainless steel hanger. Attach the steaming nozzle to the steam generator.
Hold it in one hand, and with the other hold the lower part of the garment to create slight tension. Bring the steaming nozzle to the fabric surface, gently pressing the working part of the nozzle against it, and begin steaming with back-and-forth motions (from top to bottom). It is recommended to start with areas having the most creases, as well as with denser parts of the garment (collar, sleeve cuffs).
Place the steaming cloth on the steaming nozzle to prevent splashes of condensate from getting on the fabric being steamed. The cloth will absorb the splashes of condensate and slightly dry the steam.
When steaming the lower part of clothing, for maximum tension of the fabric, use a hanger. Button up all buttons (if present) on the clothing and pull the lower part of the garment slightly to the side with your free hand, creating tension.
When steaming delicate items, dress ruffles, etc., direct the steam jet at them while keeping the steaming nozzle at some distance. The fabric will straighten under its own weight.
To smooth towels, handkerchiefs, and napkins, hang them on a rod or towel rack and treat them with steam.
With the steamer, you can vertically iron curtains without removing them from the curtain rod. Simply place the steaming nozzle a short distance from the fabric surface and perform the standard steaming procedure. Note that depending on the density of the fabric from which the curtains are made, the steam will penetrate the fabric in varying amounts. Some steam may condense on the windows if the curtains are too close to them.
If the fabric surface is heavily soiled, you can use the bristle brush from the set. It will allow you not only to steam-clean the surface, such as a sofa, but also to remove dirt (pet hair, human hair, threads, etc.).
For smoothing heavily wrinkled material, treat it with steam from both sides.
If creases are difficult to remove, for example, due to overdrying of the fabric, it is recommended to spray it lightly with water beforehand. For smoothing dense fabrics, repeated steaming may be required.
Do not use regular metal hangers, as they may rust when exposed to steam.
After steaming, the fabric may be slightly damp, so do not store it immediately; instead, dry it by hanging on a hanger or laying it flat on a surface.
Exercise special caution when steaming delicate fabrics and fabrics that may be damaged when sprayed with water.

When steaming items placed on a horizontal surface, it is advisable to place a porous and steam-permeable material (felt, a cotton blanket or mattress, several layers of loose fabric) underneath. Otherwise, steam will not be able to pass through the garment, as there will be no outlet underneath, and as a result, the steam will affect only the surface layers, reducing the steaming effect. When using an ironing board, it is preferable to choose one whose underside is not solid but made of mesh, so steam can pass through it freely. Do not use wooden surfaces, as steam may damage them.
.Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage
Wipe the body of the steam generator with a damp cloth. Periodically rinse the water tank. Do not allow water to stagnate in the tank.
Wash dirty brushes and attachments with soap and cleaning agents. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners.
Floor and steaming cloths can be machine washed at 60 °C. Do not use fabric softeners or conditioners to ensure the cloths maintain their dirt-absorbing properties. The cloths are suitable for tumble drying.
For convenient cord storage, wind it onto the cord holders located on the extension handle. To quickly remove the cord wound on the holders, pull the upper holder towards yourself, turn it 180°, and then remove the coil of cord from the holder.
Store the steam generator in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children.
Descaling
When scale builds up in the boiler, steam output will decrease. Remove scale in a timely manner. The descaling frequency depends on the hardness of the water used. We recommend descaling after 25–50 fillings of the water tank.
Dilute a descaling agent in water. You can use a 3% citric acid solution or a vinegar solution. Pour the solution into the water tank, turn on the steam generator, and after it heats up, turn on the steam supply. Direct the steam jet to a safe area. Completely use up the solution from the tank, then rinse the tank with water, fill it with clean water, turn on the steam generator, and release steam for 5–7 minutes to flush the water supply tubes and boiler of any remaining descaling solution.
Tips
To reduce scale formation, use demineralized or distilled water.
Before using bottled drinking water, check its total mineralization (usually indicated on the label) and compare it to the figures for tap water (which can be found on your water supplier’s website or by searching online). As a rule, bottled water mineralization is 100–400 mg/L. It may turn out that tap water has several times lower mineralization, so using bottled water may actually increase scale formation.
If you use the steam generator regularly, we recommend periodically replacing all the water in the tank and rinsing the tank itself to prevent water stagnation and spoilage.
If you will not be using the steam generator for an extended period, be sure to drain all water from the tank.
(!) Attention! It is prohibited to keep the steam generator in freezing conditions!
After using the steam generator, there is water left in the pump and water supply tubes, which can freeze at sub-zero temperatures and damage the pump or water tubes. In this case, the warranty does not cover such damage.
When shipped from the factory to the store, water is removed from the steam generator. However, if the steam generator has already been used (for example, if it was tested with water at the time of purchase), you need to take this into account if it will be transported or delivered for use during the winter period.
Water can be removed from the pump as follows. Drain all water from the tank. Turn on the steam generator, allow it to heat up, and turn on the steam supply. Wait for some time (usually 2–3 minutes is enough) until all water remaining in the tubes and pump has been pumped out, after which the steam supply will automatically stop. Then turn off the steam supply and switch off the unit.
This method does not fully guarantee complete removal of all water from the pump; however, it minimizes the risk of pump damage due to water freezing.
.Troubleshooting
During operation of the steam generator, a quiet sound from the pump (water pump) can be heard. This is normal and not a malfunction.
Problem: The steam generator leaves water on the floor.
Possible cause and solution: The floor cloth is too wet. Remove the cloth and wring it out, or use a different cloth.
Problem: The steam generator leaves a whitish stain on the floor.
Possible cause and solution:
1. The steam generator was left in one place with the cloth attached for a long time. In such cases, it is recommended to remove the wet cloth immediately after finishing cleaning.
2. You may be using water that is too hard. Try using demineralized or distilled water.
Problem: The steam generator is turned on, but no steam is being produced.
Possible cause and solution:
1. The water tank is empty. Add water.
2. If no pump sound is heard, the pump or control board may be faulty. Call the manufacturer’s hotline or contact a service center.
3. If the pump sound is heard, there may be a blockage in the water supply tubes or the steam outlet nozzle. Call the manufacturer’s hotline or contact a service center.
Low Steam Temperature
When steam is released, it expands and cools, and at the outlet of the steam nozzle the steam temperature decreases to approximately 98 °C. The steam exits moist and may contain a small amount of condensate.
The maximum steam temperature is observed at the steam nozzle outlet. As it moves away from the steam nozzle, the steam jet mixes with air and cools down. At a distance of 30–40 cm from the nozzle, the steam jet temperature is low enough to be tolerated by hand without the risk of burns. When cleaning with steam, the steam outlet of the nozzle should be positioned close to the surface being cleaned so that the cleaning effect is maximized.
Nevertheless, do not check the steam temperature with your hand to avoid burns.

Please read the operating manual carefully. Pay special attention to the safety precautions. Always keep the manual at hand.
1. The appliance is intended for domestic use and may be used in apartments, country houses, hotel rooms, offices, and other similar places for non-industrial and non-commercial purposes.
2. Use the appliance only as intended and in accordance with the instructions in this manual. Improper use of the appliance will be considered a violation of proper operating conditions.

12. Do not leave the appliance running unattended. Switch it off and unplug it from the power supply if you are not using it for an extended period or before carrying out maintenance.
13. Attachments may become very hot during operation. Do not touch hot surfaces. Do not direct the steam jet at yourself, other people, or animals. Be careful! There is a risk of burns!
14. Position the appliance so that children cannot accidentally touch its hot surfaces.
15. Do not attempt to bypass the appliance’s activation lock.
16. Do not drop the appliance or subject it to impacts.
17. Store the appliance in places inaccessible to children.
18. Use only accessories or components recommended by the manufacturer. Using other accessories may cause damage to the appliance or injury.
