Principle of Operation

The Sonic Skin Scrubber uses ultrasound – a technology based on high-frequency sound waves that penetrate deep into the dermis. By interacting with tissues, ultrasound increases local temperature, boosting oxygen supply to cells, stimulating collagen protein production, and aiding in the removal of cellular waste products. This antibacterial cleansing method improves circulation, reduces fine lines, eliminates acne, and can reduce uneven pigmentation and redness.

ION+ and ION- deeply cleanse the skin from impurities that cause dullness and lifeless appearance. The ionization peeling process works as follows: negatively charged ions attract and encapsulate toxins, preparing them for removal. Then positively charged ions attract and extract encapsulated impurities from deep skin layers. This process not only provides thorough skin cleansing but also improves oxygenation and circulation, supports cell health, prevents free radical damage, and slows premature aging. The ion peeling procedure gently exfoliates the skin with fine ultrasonic vibrations, removing dead cells and deep impurities, leaving skin smoother and softer.

The lifting procedure uses a high-frequency vibration program to pump serums into the skin, enhancing their effectiveness.

The facial cleansing device is powered by a 200 mAh rechargeable battery, charged from the mains via USB cable in 150 minutes (first-time charging requires at least 5 hours). Operating time is about 80 minutes. After 20 minutes of use, the device may switch off automatically; in this case, restart is required.

Using the Sonic Skin Scrubber

1. Press the POWER button to switch on the cleaner – 3 indicators will light up red;

2. Press the POWER button a second time – continuous peeling and lifting mode; the peeling/lifting and charging indicators will glow red.

Press the POWER button a third time – pulse peeling and lifting mode; the peeling/lifting indicator will flash.

Press the POWER button a fourth time – Ion “+” / Ion “–” continuous mode; the ION+ indicator and charging indicator will glow red.

Press the POWER button a fifth time – Ion+ with pulse ion mode; the ION+ indicator and charging indicator will flash.

Press the POWER button a sixth time – standby mode.

3. Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to switch the device off.

Usage Recommendations

The spatula must touch the skin at a 45° angle.

Do not stop on the same skin area. Glide the spatula slowly across the face surface.

Before first use, fully charge the device. The indicator will glow red for a few minutes after connecting to the charger, then turn off. Charging usually takes about 3 hours.

Clean the skin from makeup and impurities before the procedure.

For best results, exfoliate the skin beforehand.

Apply a water-based gel or serum designed for ultrasonic procedures. Gel is the ideal conductor for ultrasonic waves, ensuring the spatula glides smoothly without injuring the skin.

Treatment Areas and Movement Directions

Perform the procedure with gentle, stroking movements along the massage lines.

Methods of Use

Cleansing Lifting (ION+/- Mode)

In this mode, the device generates both positively and negatively charged ions, which help tighten pores, improve elasticity and skin firmness, moisturize and nourish skin cells, reduce wrinkles, and provide a lifting effect.

Before starting, apply an anti-aging essence to the face.

• Cleanse your skin and apply gel or cream.
• Hold the spatula outward, angled downward. Apply slight pressure for effective pore cleansing.
• Remove product residue with a cotton pad.
During the procedure, fingers without gloves must touch the metal electrodes on both sides of the device. Session time: 5–10 minutes (1–3 times per week).

Desincrustation

Desincrustation is a facial cleansing procedure that combines galvanic current with an alkaline solution.

When current passes through the solution, chemical reactions called “saponification” occur. Fatty acids of the sebaceous glands react with alkali, turning into soap, which is easily washed off, deeply cleansing pores and promoting faster regeneration.

Apply an alkaline solution (desincrustant) to the face. Switch on Ion “+” mode and move along massage lines. In this mode, the positively charged desincrustant penetrates the skin. Rinse off lotion residues with warm water.

Attention:
During the procedure, hold the side metal contacts between your thumb and index finger. Use the reverse side of the spatula as shown in the illustration.

Ultrasonic Peeling

This procedure deeply cleanses skin from impurities, sebum, dead cells, clogged sebaceous glands, comedones, and hyperpigmentation. It not only purifies but also moisturizes, oxygenates, and activates metabolic processes in skin cells.

Apply a cleansing product before the procedure. During treatment, hold the conductive side panels to enhance pore cleansing and blackhead removal.

• Cleanse skin and apply toner or lotion for 10 minutes.
• Hold the spatula inward, angled downward. Glide slowly across the skin.
• Wash with warm water afterward.
Session duration: 5–7 minutes. Hold the spatula convex side up at a 45° angle.

Cold Hydration

Before starting, apply a nourishing mask. During treatment, hold the conductive side panels to enhance penetration of cosmetic nutrients.

• Cleanse skin and apply aloe-based gel or mask to open pores.
• Wrap face with plastic film for 10–15 minutes.
• Hold the spatula inward, angled downward. Glide slowly across the skin, avoiding prolonged contact on one area.
• Rinse face with warm water afterward.
Session duration: 5–10 minutes.

Skin Nourishment and Massage

• Cleanse skin and apply moisturizing toner/cream.
• Flip the device to use the reverse side.
• The back of the spatula should touch the skin at a 45° angle. Move slowly for deeper absorption of skincare products.
Session duration: 5–10 minutes.

Ionophoresis (ION-)

Through galvanic current, ionophoresis increases skin permeability, allowing active ingredients to penetrate deeper epidermal layers. This enhances moisture retention in skin cells, preventing dryness and wrinkles.

In ION- mode, negatively charged preparations penetrate the skin. Apply negatively charged cosmetics and move smoothly along massage lines.

Additional Functions

Micro Massage

Ultrasonic waves create micro-vibrations that stimulate the dermis. This helps release tension in facial muscles, relaxing them.

Desincrustation
