Calibration procedure for NEVSKIE VESY VSP-4tk(s) scales

VSP-4TKS Scales Calibration Manual

1. Turn on the scales.

2. Once the scales enter operating mode, press the keys 5,2,4,1,1 to enter the code “5-2-4-1-1”, which will appear in the “PRICE” window.

(!) Note: possible alternative codes are 57660, 75160, 91259.

3. Press the “T” button.

4. The “PRICE” window will display the maximum weighing capacity (MWC). The MWC value can be selected by pressing button “1”.

5. Place a reference weight equal to 1/2 of the MWC on the platform.

6. Press the “>0<” button.

7. By pressing the “>0<” button, adjust until the “WEIGHT” window displays “24000 ±2”.

8. Press the “Tare” button.

9. Calibration is complete.

(!) Attention! If the display shows “93C46” when turning on the scales, follow these steps:

1. Short-circuit two contacts on the “Control Unit” board with a jumper.
2. Turn on the VSP-4tk(s) scales.
3. Remove the jumper from the two contacts of the “Control Unit” board.
4. The “WEIGHT” display will show a value between 5.000 and 8.000.
5. Enter the calibration code 52411.
6. Press the “T” button.
7. The “PRICE” display will show: “15.001”.
8. Use button “1” to set the required maximum weighing capacity (MWC).
9. Place a reference weight equal to 1/2 of the MWC on the platform.
10. By pressing the “>0<” button, adjust until the “WEIGHT” display shows: “24000 ±2”.
11. Press the “Tare” button.
12. Calibration is complete.
