Functions of VST 888Y Clock

• Clock: displays hours, minutes, temperature, humidity
• Date: displays month/day (2000–2099)
• Alarm: three alarms can be set, with indicators
• Snooze: 5-minute repeat alarm
• Temperature: °C / °F selectable. Range: -10°C to +50°C (14°F – 122°F)
• Humidity: 10% – 99% with 1% resolution. Displays “99%” if out of range
• Brightness: automatically reduced from 18:00 to 7:00
• Display modes: default time display, constant temperature/humidity display, or alternating time/temp/humidity (10 s) and date/temp/humidity (5 s)

Button functions

1. SET button:

- Settings button for time, date, and alarm modes.

2. UP button:

- Increases values in settings.
- Switches 12/24-hour format in normal mode.

3. DOWN button:

- Decreases values in settings.
- Switches display modes dp-1 / dp-2 in normal mode.

4. SOONZE button:

- In alarm setting mode, hold for 5 seconds to toggle °C / °F.

5. RESET button

- Restarts the device.

Operating instructions

Alarm settings

A. In normal mode: press SET to enter each setting. The selected value blinks. Adjust with UP/DOWN:
12/24 format > hours > minutes > year > month > date > AL-1 (ON/OFF) > AL-2 (ON/OFF) > AL-3 (ON/OFF) > Exit

B. In normal mode: press UP to switch 12/24 hour format.

C. In normal mode: press DOWN to switch display modes dp-1 / dp-2.

Temperature and humidity detection

A. Current temperature and humidity are displayed on the main screen. Measurements update every 30 seconds.
B. Default temperature is °C. Hold SOONZE to switch °C / °F.

Display mode

DP-1: fixed display of time, temperature, humidity
DP-2: alternating display: time/temp/humidity (10 s) > date/temp/humidity (5 s)
