Thank you for purchasing the 70 Mai Tire Pressure Monitoring System!
Before using the device, please carefully read the manual and keep it for future reference. By Xiaomi.
Xiaomi 70 Mai Tire Pressure Monitor
The smart tire pressure sensor allows you to monitor tire pressure in real time without leaving the car. The device is easy to use and does not require special knowledge or professional equipment for installation. The Xiaomi 70 Mai Tire Pressure Monitor is suitable for cars of any brand.
This product wirelessly transmits real-time tire pressure and temperature data to an external receiver. On the receiver’s screen, after processing, information on tire pressure and air temperature is displayed. Based on user settings, the system issues alerts if measured parameters exceed acceptable levels.
The driver can also connect the system to a smartphone via Bluetooth and receive data wirelessly. When the car starts moving, the system detects vibration and automatically exits sleep mode.
The 70 Mai TPMS wheel sensors are lightweight, and the internal design prevents theft. The in-car receiver is equipped with solar panels for battery charging. The system alerts the driver if air leakage begins in any tire, improving vehicle safety.

Precautions
1. This product can monitor tire pressure and temperature, but it cannot prevent tire punctures or guarantee accident avoidance. It is important to use high-quality tires. When the receiver issues a warning, stop the car in a safe place and check the tires. If necessary, take the car to a service station.
2. Installation and use of the 70 Mai TPMS cannot replace regular car maintenance and inspection. Car owners are responsible for vehicle safety.
3. The receiver must be installed correctly and must not obstruct the driver’s view. It should be securely fixed to avoid movement while driving. It must not interfere with vehicle controls or other instruments.
4. Do not operate the 70 Mai TPMS while driving. Lack of attention to the road may cause accidents. The driver is responsible for related risks.
5. The 70 Mai TPMS can monitor tires and issue alerts automatically, without driver intervention. The driver must remain focused on the road.
6. Due to thermal expansion and contraction, tire pressure and temperature may increase or decrease during driving. This is normal.
7. Air leakage from tires occurs naturally over time, causing gradual pressure loss. This is normal and not caused by the 70 Mai TPMS.
8. Installation may affect system performance or damage it. Install the 70 Mai TPMS at a service station or with professional help. Take care not to damage sensors during tire removal and installation. Valve sensors are not designed for frequent removal/reinstallation.
9. If unused for a long time, the receiver battery may discharge. In this case, recharge it via USB before using the system.
10. Strong impacts or vibrations may damage the 70 Mai TPMS and affect normal operation.
11. Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean the 70 Mai TPMS.
12. The car manufacturer specifies reference tire pressure values. Since weight distribution and tire characteristics differ for each model, recommended front/rear tire pressure, as well as no-load/loaded values, may differ. This information can be found on the driver-side door (near pillar B), inside the fuel tank lid, or in the car manual.
13. Sometimes the receiver may not display data or show it with a delay. This is due to the data transmission method. To extend battery life, sensors do not transmit continuously but only when the car reaches a certain speed or when there is a significant change in pressure or temperature.
14. When the receiver beeps, stop the car safely on the roadside and check the tires as soon as possible.
15. Pressure and temperature values for the four tires displayed on the receiver may vary slightly. This is normal and due to tire wear differences.
