.Cooking
You can marinate the ingredients to taste before cooking.
Starting a Cooking Program
1. Place the air fryer on a stable, flat surface and ensure proper air circulation around it.
2. Place the baking tray into the basket and add ingredients one by one. If there are more ingredients, place them on the grill in two layers.
(!) Note: Placing ingredients without using the grill will affect the cooking process.
3. Once the basket is fully inserted into the air fryer, select manual mode or a preset recipe (yogurt, chicken wings, French fries, etc.) by rotating and pressing the control knob. Then rotate and press the knob to set the mode (crispy grill/low-fat, supported by certain recipes), portion size (single layer/double layer), temperature, and cooking time. Press the knob to start the program and begin the countdown timer. When selecting scheduled cooking, the air fryer will automatically start and complete the cooking process at the set time.
(!)
Notes:
1. Cooking time and temperature can be adjusted by rotating the knob during cooking, except in yogurt mode. In low-fat mode, only the cooking time can be adjusted, not the temperature.
2. After rotating the knob to adjust cooking time or temperature, press the knob to confirm the new values. Otherwise, after five seconds, the air fryer will continue cooking with the original settings.
3. The recipe cannot be changed once cooking has started.
4. Ingredients generally do not need to be flipped during cooking (except French fries). If cooking more than 500 g of French fries, halfway through the cooking process the device will beep to remind you to stir the ingredients. After the signal, remove the basket, stir or flip the ingredients, insert the basket back into the air fryer, and press the knob to resume cooking.
5. After the cooking program finishes, the air fryer will beep and the display will show “Completed” (in some recipes, the air fryer will switch to keep-warm mode and display “Keep Warm…”). Carefully remove the basket and use tongs to take out the food.
(!) Warning: After cooking, the basket will be extremely hot. Do not touch it directly to avoid burns.
.Other Functions

• The temperature can be adjusted within the range of 40 °C to 220 °C. The time can be set within the range of 0 to 24 hours.
• When setting cooking time or scheduled completion time, pay attention to how quickly you rotate the control knob. If the adjustable time range x 60 minutes, a fast rotation will change the time in 60-minute steps, while a slow rotation will change it in 1-minute steps. If the adjustable time range < 60 minutes, a fast rotation will change the time in 10-minute steps, while a slow rotation will change it in 1-minute steps.
• The cooking temperature is adjusted in 5 °C increments with each rotation of the knob.
• When adjusting or changing cooking parameters in a recipe program: if the cooking temperature is between 80 °C and 220 °C, the adjustable cooking time range is up to 1 hour; if the cooking temperature is below 80 °C, the adjustable cooking time range is up to 24 hours.
4. Scheduled Cooking
Press the control knob to select the scheduled cooking function, rotate the knob to select a preset recipe, then set the cooking duration and completion time. The air fryer will automatically start cooking at the scheduled time and will complete the process as planned, then either switch to keep-warm mode or end cooking after the program finishes.
(!)
Notes:
1. The completion time must be greater than the cooking duration but less than 24 hours.
2. The completion time here refers to the scheduled finish time. For example, if the display shows 02:40, this means that the cooking process will end in 2 hours and 40 minutes.
3. Scheduled cooking is not supported in yogurt, dried fruit, or low-fat modes.
5. Keep-Warm Function
The keep-warm function is enabled by default. It can be disabled in the settings.
The keep-warm duration is 30 minutes at 80 °C. The countdown will pause if the basket is removed. If the basket is reinserted within 3 minutes, the keep-warm function will resume from the same time. If the basket is not reinserted within 3 minutes, the keep-warm function will turn off, and the air fryer will return to the initial screen of the corresponding recipe.
(!) WARNING: If the keep-warm function is enabled and the cooking temperature is above 80 °C, the keep-warm mode will activate after cooking ends. Otherwise, the air fryer will finish cooking and switch to the completion screen.
6. Pause/Cancel Cooking
When the air fryer is operating in cooking mode, press the control knob to pause the process. While in cooking mode or on pause, press and hold the control knob for one second to enter the cancel cooking screen. Select “Yes” to cancel the cooking process and return to the manual mode screen.

If you select and run a cloud recipe from the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, the air fryer will automatically cook the dish according to the recipe. After cooking is complete, the air fryer will return to manual mode.
