Universal Remote Control ClickPdu K-1758E for Air Conditioner – Operating Instructions

The ClickPdu K-1758E remote control provides convenient management and adjustment of split system parameters to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Before using the air conditioner, carefully review this manual. Keep this guide for future reference as a reference material.

(!) The manual for the ClickPdu K-1758E air conditioner remote control may differ slightly depending on the device model. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the user guide supplied with the unit.

K-1758E is a new universal 7000-in-1 remote control for air conditioners. Before using this device for the first time, please carefully read its operating instructions. This will help you better understand how to operate the remote control. After the first installation of batteries, without any prior setup, you can control air conditioners of 4 brands (GREE, MIDEA, Panasonic/National, MITSUBISHI).

You can also select the required configuration parameters using this manual. Keep this guide even after completing the setup.

Methods of Remote Control Configuration

(!) Before configuring, turn on the air conditioner, insert the batteries into the remote control, and point the remote towards the air conditioner’s receiver sensor.

Configuration Method A: Code Input – Direct Entry of the Required Code

(1) Find the code of your brand in the "CODE LIST". If the brand has multiple codes, start with the first one. (If the code does not work after completing the configuration, select the next one in order. Use the codes sequentially until one works.)

(2) Press and release the "SELECT" button, the code displayed on the screen will start flashing, then enter the chosen code.

Each time you enter a digit, the corresponding position will stop flashing. Once the full code is entered, the remote control will automatically confirm the selected settings and exit configuration mode.

(3) Check whether the remote control button works. If it does not, continue performing the steps above, sequentially using the codes listed for your brand.

Configuration Method B: Code Input – Increasing or Decreasing the Code

(1) Find the code of your brand in the "CODE LIST". If the brand has multiple codes, start with the first one.

(If the code does not work after completing the configuration, select the next one in order. Use the codes sequentially until one works.)

(2) Press and release the "SELECT" button, the code displayed on the screen will start flashing. Press "TEMP+" or "TEMP-" to adjust the current code, increasing or decreasing it by 1.

(!) By holding down "TEMP+" or "TEMP-", you can quickly increase or decrease the entered code.

When you reach the correct code, press the "ENTER" button to confirm the code and complete the configuration.

(3) Check whether the remote control button works. If it does not, continue performing the steps above, sequentially using the codes listed for your brand.

Configuration Method C: Settings via Automatic Search – Automatic Code Addition

(1) Press and hold the "SELECT" button for 3 seconds, then release it. The remote control will enter automatic search mode.

The code will start flashing and updating. When the air conditioner responds, quickly press any button to confirm the code and exit configuration mode (you must press a button quickly, otherwise subsequent codes will begin to appear, which may not match, and you will have to wait for a suitable code again).

(2) Check whether the remote control button works. If it does not, continue the search using the above method.

Configuration Method D: Settings via Automatic Search – Manual Code Addition

(1) Press and hold the "SELECT" button for 3 seconds, then release it. The remote control will enter automatic search mode.

Each time you press the "SELECT" button, the code will flash and increase by 1. When the air conditioner responds, press the "ENTER" button to confirm the code and exit configuration mode.

(2) Check whether the remote control button works. If it does not, continue the search using the above method.

Using the Clock Function on the Remote Control

(1) Press and release the "CLOCK" button. The time displayed on the remote control screen will start flashing.

(2) Press "TEMP+" or "TEMP-" to set the correct time. (Press and hold "TEMP+" or "TEMP-" for quick adjustment).

(3) Press the "CLOCK" button again, the displayed time will stop flashing. The setting is now complete, and the device has exited the time-setting mode (Alternatively, wait without pressing any buttons for 8 seconds, and the setting mode will automatically end, with the device exiting the time-setting mode).

Using the TIMER function in air conditioners on the Remote Control

A) Timer ON (used when the device is OFF)

(1) Press the "TIME ON" button once, the timer time will start flashing;

(2) Press "TIME+" or "TIME-" to set the required activation time, then wait for 8 seconds without performing any operations to confirm the configured parameters;

B) Timer OFF (used when the device is ON)

(1) Press the "TIME OFF" button once, the timer time will start flashing;

(2) Press "TIME+" or "TIME-" to set the required shutdown time, then wait for 8 seconds without performing any operations to confirm the configured parameters;

C) Canceling the Timer

(!) Tips:
(1) Press and hold "TIME+" or "TIME-" for quick adjustment.
(2) The available timer range is 24 hours.
(3) Press "TIMER ON" or "TIME OFF" twice to cancel the timer, and the countdown will disappear from the display.
(4) After setting the timer, point the remote control at the air conditioner’s signal receiver and keep it within the effective transmission range. Otherwise, the timer may not function correctly.

One-Key Setting

(1) When the indoor temperature exceeds 23°C, press the "One Key" button, which will automatically activate the ventilation mode with a temperature of 26°C, medium airflow, and automatic air direction adjustment.

(2) When the indoor temperature drops below 24°C, press the "One Key" button, which will automatically activate the heating mode with a temperature of 20°C, medium airflow, and automatic air direction adjustment.

(3) If you are not satisfied with the parameters of this mode, you can adjust them as desired.

Reset to Factory Settings

Press and hold the "SELECT" and "MODE" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The remote control display will light up for 1 second. During this time, the system will reset, and all remote control settings will return to their default state.
