EMS Smart Fitness EMS Trainer User Guide

Electromyostimulation (neuromuscular stimulation, EMS), also known as neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), is a rehabilitative treatment method based on electrical stimulation of nerves and muscles. The EMS Trainer belt functions similarly to the human nervous system, causing muscles to contract through weak electrical impulses with specific characteristics. Impulses are transmitted through adhesive electrodes.

The device should be placed on problem areas of the body. The belt is recommended for use both in cases of excess weight and for prevention. It is also suitable for those who want to strengthen muscles and gain muscle mass. The stimulator acts on nerve endings, causing muscle contractions, which help stimulate blood flow and normalize metabolism. EMS has been proven effective as an auxiliary tool for strengthening muscles.

EMS Smart Fitness EMS Trainer Use Examples

The EMS Trainer belt can be used for:
• Abdominal and back areas;
• Arms;
• Legs;
• Chest;
• Thighs.

.

The belt is convenient because its use does not cause discomfort, so the process of slimming and muscle building can take place at any time: at work, at rest, at home, or while visiting friends.
