Preparing the film camera for use
Press the latch (A) in the direction of the arrow and open the back door (B).
Lift the film rewind lever (C) and place a new roll of film in the chamber (D).
Return the rewind lever (C) to its position.
Pull out the film leader from the cartridge and insert it into the take-up spool (D). At least two sprocket holes must engage with the teeth. Slightly advance the film using the film advance wheel (E).
Ensure the film lies flat across the center of the camera and close the back door.
Advance the film fully by turning the film advance wheel (E). Press the shutter button and repeat once more.
When the frame counter (F) shows “1,” the camera is ready for shooting.
Taking pictures
For best results, stand at least 1 meter from the subject and shoot in sunny or partly sunny conditions with the sun behind you.
In low light or indoors, use the flash. Slide the flash switch to the “🗲” position.
Wait for the flash-ready indicator to light up. Once it is on, the flash is ready to use.
Battery replacement
Open the battery compartment cover in the direction of the arrow. Insert one AAA alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity as marked inside the compartment.
Rewinding the exposed film
After all exposures are used, press the rewind button (G) located on the bottom of the camera.
Turn the rewind crank clockwise until the film is fully rewound into the cartridge.
Open the back door (B). Lift the rewind lever and remove the film for processing.
