Installation

1. Attach the stand:

2. Connect the handset and headset (optional):

3. Connect to the local network and power:
There are two methods of connecting network and power:

(A) With power adapter
(B) With PoE connection

(!) Use the manufacturer’s power adapter (5V/600mA). Using a third-party adapter may damage the SIP phone and void the device warranty.

If power is supplied via PoE, the power adapter should not be used. PoE is supported only by the SIP-T30P model.

Startup

After powering on the phone, the system boot process will begin.

After startup, it is necessary to configure the device via the web interface or the phone menu.

Phone configuration

Configuration via web interface:

1. Press (OK button). Go to the Status menu. Check the IP address for accessing the interface.

2. Open a browser and enter the IP address in the address bar (for example, "http://192.168.0.10"). Press Enter.

3. Enter the default login credentials (admin/admin) and click the Login button.

Network settings: Network → Basic → IPv4 Configuration

You can select one of two operating modes:

DHCP: mode of automatic network configuration (used by default)
Static IP: in this mode all settings (IP address, subnet mask, gateway) are entered manually.

(!) The phone supports IPv6, but this functionality is disabled in the default settings.

Account configuration: Account → Account

Parameters:
Registration status: Shows the registration status on the SIP server
Account enable: Enable/disable the current account
Label: The account name displayed on the screen
Display name: Used as Caller ID
Register name: Used for registration
Username: SIP number or SIP ID
Password: Account password
Server address: SIP server IP address

Configuration using the phone keypad

Network settings

Press the softkey Menu in standby mode, select the System section (default password admin) → Network → Select Internet port/VLAN/LLDP section to enter settings.

Account settings

Press the softkey Menu in standby mode, select the System section (default password admin) → Accounts → Select the required account and make changes.

Making a call

Using the handset:

1. Lift the handset.

2. Enter the phone number and press Call.

Using the speakerphone:

1. Press the key

2. Enter the phone number and press Call.

Using the headset:

1. Press the key

2. Enter the phone number and press Call.

Answering a call

Using the handset:

Lift the handset.

Using the speakerphone:

Redial

• Press to view dialed numbers, then press to call the desired number.

• Press twice in standby mode to redial the last dialed number.

Mute

• Press to mute the microphone.

• Press again to unmute the microphone.

Call hold

Place a call on hold:

Press the Hold button during a call.

Resume a held call:

• Press the Resume button again if only one call is active.

• If multiple calls are active, select the desired call and press Resume.

Call transfer

You can use the following types of transfer:

Blind transfer:

1. Press during a call.

2. Enter the number to which the call will be transferred.

3. Press .

Semi-attended transfer:

1. Press during a call.

2. Enter the number to which the call will be transferred and press the Call button.

3. Press when you hear the ringback tone.

Attended transfer:

1. Press during a call.

2. Enter the number to which the call will be transferred and press the Call button.

3. Press after notifying the recipient of the transfer.

Call forwarding

To enable call forwarding:

1. Press the Menu button in standby mode and select Features → Call Forward.

2. Select the desired type of forwarding.

3. Enter the number to which calls will be forwarded.

4. Press the Save button.

Conference

1. Press Conf during an active call. The call will be placed on hold.

2. Enter the number of the second participant and press the Call button.

3. Press Conf again when the second participant answers. A 3-way conference will then begin.

4. Press End to leave the conference.

Voicemail

The MWI indicator will notify that there are unheard messages. The power indicator will slowly flash red.

To listen to messages:

1. Press

2. Follow the voice prompts to listen to messages

Call history

1. Press History and use the and buttons to select the desired record.

2. Select an entry from the list and perform the following:

• Press Call to dial.
• Press Delete to remove the entry from the list.

By pressing the Options button, you can perform the following additional actions:

• Select Details to view detailed information about the entry.
• Select Add to save the entry in the local directory.
• Select Blacklist to add the entry to the blacklist.
• Select Delete All to clear all entries.

Directory

To add a contact:

1. Press the Directory button in standby mode, then press All Contacts.

2. Press Add to create a new contact.

3. Enter the name and other details in the corresponding fields.

4. Press Save to confirm changes.

To edit a contact:

1. Press the Directory button in standby mode, then press All Contacts.

2. Use or to select a contact, press the Options button, and then select Edit.

3. Modify the contact information.

4. Press Save to confirm changes.

To delete a contact:

1. Press the Directory button in standby mode, then press All Contacts.

2. Use or to select a contact, press the Options button, and then select Delete.

3. Press OK after the phone prompts: "Delete this contact?"

Adjusting volume

Press [-] [+] to adjust the volume.

Device disposal

At the end of its service life, the product must not be disposed of with regular household waste but should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated by the special symbol, the user manual, and/or the labeling on the packaging.

Some of the materials used in the product can be recycled if delivered to a collection facility.

If you need information about the location of collection points, please contact your local authorities.

The year and month of manufacture can be determined from the serial number. For example:
1901SN00001 – the first two digits indicate the year (19), the next two digits indicate the month (01) of manufacture.
XXXXX1901XXXXXXX – the sixth and seventh digits indicate the year (19), the eighth and ninth digits indicate the month (01).
