1. Warnings

Improper use of the device may result in battery malfunction, severe overheating, and even fire or explosion. To avoid causing harm to yourself or your property, please follow the instructions below when using and storing the device.

1. This is not a toy! Please keep this product out of the reach of children. Do not allow children to use this product, as accidents may occur.

2. In case of danger or damage, please charge this product using a charger approved by local safety standards.

3. DO NOT apply pressure to the device or expose it to impacts. If dropped from a significant height, subjected to heavy blows, or immersed in liquid, the battery and electrical circuit may be damaged; in such cases, please avoid using it.

4. If the product becomes deformed, leaks, or its performance is significantly reduced, please discontinue use.

5. Do not charge devices or recharge this product in environments that may obstruct heat dissipation, such as trouser pockets, closed bags, beds, or sofas. Ensure that the device is not covered during operation. When charging other devices for an extended period, do not place any objects on top of this device, as this may interfere with heat dissipation.

6. This product MUST NOT be disassembled, subjected to pressure, punctured, short-circuited, immersed in liquid, thrown into fire, or exposed to high temperatures or heat sources above 140°F (60°C).

7. DO NOT place this product in areas with extremely high temperatures, such as under direct sunlight or inside a car with excessive interior heat.

8. This product contains lithium batteries; do not disassemble it! Otherwise, hazards may arise, and battery damage may occur.

2. Caution

1. Please fully charge this device before first use.

2. Power bank batteries have a conversion rate; therefore, the capacity of the power bank battery is not equal to the capacity of the recharged device.

3. Please select an appropriate charger to recharge this device and suitable cables to charge other devices.

4. Ensure that charging of this device is carried out under proper supervision. DO NOT charge this device carelessly.

5. Please disconnect the cable after charging this device or any other device to maintain product integrity.

6. If the indicator does not light up after pressing the power button, please recharge this device.

7. For long-term storage, please maintain the battery charge level of this device between 25–50%. Store the device in a cool and dry place. To slow battery aging, do not store this device in a discharged or fully charged state for extended periods.

8. Do not disassemble the product yourself. Improper use or placement may shorten the lifespan or damage the product, for which our company assumes no legal responsibility and provides no warranty. Thank you for your understanding.

9. During wireless charging, there must be no metallic objects or materials (such as iron plates, rings, metal phone cases, etc.) between the back of the charging phone and the charging zone.

10. During wireless charging, if disconnection or severe overheating occurs, the receiving coil of the phone may not be properly aligned with the wireless charging coil, or there may be a metallic object inside the phone case. Please cool the phone first, remove the protective case, and then position it correctly.

4. Product Description

This product is a portable charging device that can provide both wired and wireless charging for mobile phones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other digital devices.

The device supports both wired and wireless charging, PD output at 20 W, automatic magnetic alignment, fast two-way Type-C charging, 15 W fast wireless charging, and more.

The Baseus 20W portable power bank is equipped with built-in protection systems against overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and other protective circuits.

6. Icon Description

The 5-year icon indicates the “environmentally safe service life” period and does not represent the actual product warranty. Electronic products contain toxic and hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, and cadmium. Untimely use of these products may lead to leakage or mutation of these substances, causing environmental pollution or serious harm to people and property. The term “environmentally safe service life” means that all electronic products must be used within this timeframe. 7. Operating Instructions

For wireless charging:

This device has an automatic activation function for wireless charging—simply place the phone on it, and it will start charging automatically. However, for some phones, due to compatibility issues, wireless charging must be activated by pressing the button. Press it once, the battery indicator will light up, wireless charging will be enabled, and the device will start charging.

If no load is connected for wireless charging within 30 seconds, the device will automatically disable the wireless charging function.

8. Wireless Charging Tips

For wireless charging, place the phone in the wireless charging zone. The distance between the phone and the power bank should not exceed 8 mm for wireless charging to function. Otherwise, charging will stop, and you will need to adjust the phone’s position.
