Congratulations on purchasing the Dual Lens Vehicle Black Box Car DVR with rear view camera.
Please carefully read this operating manual before using the dash cam. Inside you will find a detailed description of the device, a complete list of functions and settings, installation and usage instructions, as well as warranty conditions. This information is intended for optimal setup of the device, will help you avoid errors in daily use, and extend the lifespan of your dash cam.
About the device
A dash cam is a device designed for video recording of events mainly related to driving. The primary purpose of a dash cam is to record as fully and clearly as possible any adverse events that may occur while driving. The footage recorded by the dash cam can play a crucial role in resolving disputes on the road. Pay close attention to the proper operation of your dash cam — it is in your best interest!
.Warnings
Before each use, check the current settings and video recording mode. It is recommended to use a separate memory card dedicated solely to the dash cam. After the first installation, the memory card must be formatted directly in the device. Do not store other files on the dash cam’s memory card, as this may cause recording errors. Do not remove the memory card while the device is in operation, as this may cause data loss or card failure.
Use only the included accessories. The use of third-party accessories may damage the device.
WARNING! Be careful! The recorder formats your SD card into its own format! Before formatting the SD card, check if it contains important information. All recorded video files are written to a hidden partition on the SD card. Files can only be viewed using the player program.
This camera records high-definition video; therefore, be sure to use a high-speed Micro SD card of class 10 or higher. It is recommended to use SD cards with a capacity of 16 or 32 GB.
Ensure that the camera lens is clean and nothing is blocking it.
Do not leave the dash cam under direct sunlight for a long time or in environments where the temperature may exceed 75°C.
• Please check the video recording on the device before use. Record a test file and then view it on a computer.
• Do not store other files on the SD card. This may result in data loss! The SD card must be used only for recording and storing files on this device.
• Do not remove the SD card while the device’s LED indicators are on or before turning off the car ignition completely. Otherwise, this may result in data loss.
• To save all recorded files, at least 100 MB of free space must remain on the SD card.
• Only the included AC adapter and car charger should be used. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by the use of other chargers.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage to the device, battery, or other components of the set if they are used contrary to the instructions in this manual.
• Warranty does not cover cases of device damage caused by dropping, water ingress, self-disassembly, unstable vehicle power supply, or any other improper use.
(!)

3. Connect the charger to the car cigarette lighter socket.
Route the cable along the headliner and A-pillar so it does not interfere with driving.
Installing the rear camera
1. Connect the cables as shown above:
- Connect the plug to the rear camera interface of the dash cam.

.Description of main functions
Loop recording
In loop recording mode, the camera records videos in 1/3/5-minute intervals, and when the card is full, the oldest file is overwritten. (Locked videos will not be overwritten.)
Motion detection
Motion detection is used to save storage space on the SD card. When motion detection is enabled, the camera automatically starts recording when motion is detected and stops when motion ends. We do not recommend enabling this function while driving for your safety.
Video lock by G-sensor
When the vehicle receives an impact or shock, the G-sensor is triggered, and the current video clip will be locked against overwriting to preserve evidence. Therefore, it will not be deleted in loop recording mode. (Sometimes you will see a lock icon on the screen, meaning the G-sensor has been activated.)
Screensaver
To ensure safe driving and prevent the dash cam display from distracting you, you can enable the screen saver. Press any key to turn the screen back on.
Parking monitor
With this function, the dash cam protects your vehicle while parked. When enabled, the cameras activate upon vibration and record 22-second video clips.
Main problems and solutions
Q: The camera cannot record or play video or photos.
A: Please insert an SD card of class 6 or higher into the dash cam! Make sure you use a suitable memory card: class 10 speed or higher, capacity at least 8 GB. Maximum Micro SD card capacity is 32 GB. Ensure the memory card is correctly formatted and properly inserted.
Q: The camera automatically stops recording.
A: Format the memory card in the settings menu. The G-sensor may be triggering too often and saving too many video files. Try reducing the sensitivity.
Q: The camera does not turn on.
A: This camera has a built-in battery as an internal power source. It is only used to save the video file after external power is disconnected. With power off (engine off), this camera cannot turn on without an external power supply. Check the power source, make sure it is properly connected, the power adapter indicator is lit, and the plug is firmly inserted into the cigarette lighter.
Q: The suction cup does not attach well to the windshield.
A: Please clean the windshield with a glass-cleaning wipe. Remove the protective film. Soak the suction cup in warm water for a short time. If it still does not work, please contact the supplier for a replacement.
Q: The recorded video is not clear.
A: Make sure there are no fingerprints or dirt on the lens. Try adjusting the angle to avoid glare, reflections, or windshield distortion.
Q: The color of video or photos does not match reality.
A: Make sure the “Frequency” parameter is set to 60 Hz (North America) or 50 Hz (Europe) accordingly.
Q: The camera freezes or does not respond.
A: Use a pin or unfolded paperclip, press the RESET button to restart the camera.
Q: I cannot delete files on the SD card using the dash cam.
A: Check if the files are “locked.” If so, please unlock and then delete them manually (delete on a PC or format the SD card in the dash cam).
Q: Cannot see the image when reversing.
A: Please check the wiring and ensure the RED WIRE of the rear camera is correctly connected to the “+” wire of the reversing light.
Q: When I press the MENU button, nothing happens.
A: This is normal during recording. Stop recording before pressing the MENU button.
Q: The screen turns off after a few minutes.
A: The screensaver is enabled. Change the settings to OFF if necessary. Default setting is OFF.
Q: Cannot remove the memory card.
A: When the card is inserted, press it slightly inward with your fingernail until you hear and feel a click. Use the edge of a small coin if you have difficulty. Release pressure and the card will eject enough to grab it.
Q: I can only copy a few minutes of video from the memory card to my computer.
A: Change the recording length (video duration function) to a shorter setting. Increase the Micro SD card size. Maximum 32 GB.
