Before using the scales, please read the operating instructions. With proper care and correct use, the device will function reliably and for a long period of time.

Precautionary Measures

- Never overload the scales (do not place a weight greater than the specified capacity for this model).

- Avoid any contact of the device with high or low temperatures; electronic scales operate most effectively at normal room temperature. Always allow the scales to acclimatize to room temperature for at least one hour prior to use.

- If you intend to calibrate the scales, first keep them switched on for 30–60 seconds before calibration in order to allow the internal components to stabilize.

- Keep the scales clean. Dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air currents, and proximity to other electronic equipment may adversely affect the reliability and accuracy of the scales.

- Handle with care: gently place items on the weighing platform, press the control buttons without applying excessive force. Avoid abrupt pressing, excessive force, or rough handling, as this may damage the internal sensors.

- Prevent shaking, impacts, and drops of the scales. This is a precision instrument and must be treated with care.

- Operate the scales only on a flat, stable surface.
