Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Scale 2 Smart Scale User Manual

This device is designed to measure body weight.

Battery installation

Remove the sticker and open the battery compartment cover.

Then insert four AAA batteries, placing them as indicated inside the compartment, as shown in the illustration.

Application installation

Scan the QR code to download and install the latest version of the Mi Fit app, or find it in Google Play, the App Store, or another application store.

Pairing the smart scales with a smartphone

Open the Mi Fit app, log in to your Mi account, and then pair the Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Scale 2 with your account and enter your personal data according to the on-screen instructions.

After pairing the Mi Body Composition Scale 2, you can view weighing results and analytical indicators in the Mi Fit and Mi Home apps. Personal data is used for weight analysis. To ensure accurate results, please enter the data correctly.

Weighing people

Place the on a hard, flat floor.

Stand barefoot on the scale as shown in the illustration. Ensure that the skin of your feet is in good contact with the four metal electrodes on the scale.

Once your weight is determined, the device will begin body composition analysis. When the process is complete, the status bar beneath the weight reading will start flashing. You can then view the analysis results on your mobile phone.

Body composition data obtained with these scales is for reference purposes only and is not a medical recommendation.

Weighing objects

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.

Tap the scale to switch it on. Wait until the display shows "0.00", and place the object you want to weigh on the scale.

Movements or shocks may affect accuracy. In such cases, repeat the weighing to confirm the measurement accuracy.

Warning indicators

A flashing "L" during weighing indicates low battery level. Replace the batteries as soon as possible.

Flashing "OL" during weighing indicates overload (maximum permissible weight is 150 kg).

Weight unit selection

By default, the Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Scale 2 calculates weight in kilograms (kg). You can change the measurement unit using the device settings in the Mi Fit app. The scale can display weight in kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), or jin.

Precautionary measures

1. Carefully read this manual and use it as a reference when working with the device.
2. To avoid slipping, do not place the scale on a slippery floor and do not use it if your feet or the device are wet.
3. Always stand in the center of the scale to prevent tipping during weighing.

People with balance disorders (including children, the elderly, and pregnant women) or other physical impairments should use this function with caution.
