Adjusting the Airflow Direction
• Correctly adjust the direction of the processed airflow; otherwise, the processed air will be distributed unevenly throughout the room volume, causing discomfort.
• Adjustment of airflow direction in the vertical plane (up-down) is performed by rotating the horizontal louvers with the remote control.
• Adjustment of airflow direction in the horizontal plane (right-left) is performed manually by rotating the vertical louver.
The air conditioner automatically changes the vertical airflow direction depending on the mode and operating parameters.
Change the airflow direction when the air conditioner is on. To set the required louver direction, hold down the AIR DIRECTION button on the remote control.
• Change the airflow direction only within permissible limits.
• Subsequently, the louvers will remain in the position you selected.
Activating Automatic Airflow Swing
• Activate the swing function when the air conditioner is on.
• To enable automatic oscillation of the horizontal louver, press the “SWING function in air conditioners” button.
• After the air conditioner is turned off, the guide louver automatically returns to the "Closed" position.
• To change the oscillating airflow direction, use the “AIR DIRECTION” button.
(!)
WARNING!
• If the air conditioner is turned off, the “AIR DIRECTION” and “SWING” buttons do not work.
• When starting the air conditioner, the horizontal louvers should not be rotated too far upward or downward. Otherwise, the cooling or heating efficiency may decrease.
• To avoid malfunctions in the control system, do not turn the horizontal louver manually. If the normal operation of the horizontal louver is disrupted, turn off the air conditioner, unplug it, insert the plug again after a few minutes, and turn the air conditioner back on.
• To prevent condensation from forming on the vertical louver surface and dripping onto the floor during prolonged operation in cooling or dehumidification modes, do not direct the airflow downward.
• When the air conditioner is turned on again, the horizontal louver may remain motionless for about 10 seconds.
